I'm feeling good
From knowing you care
To feeling you near
The smell of your hair
And kissing your ear.
Delight in the night
Knowing I'm your knight
I'll be Flying your kite
As I'm loving your bite
And yes feeling good,
Is the name of the night.

Heart, Soul and Poetry...words are the little blocks that build the long bridge called life, they are the steps with which we climb to a higher spirit, the reason why you and I understand each other, the backbone of poetry-the fuel of emotions. There is love in sharing but remember to do so honestly...let your links return here and to any other sites I have credited. Thanks and Enjoy.

Stolen
My O my~
bread of my flesh
has taken the purity
that pearled my soul,
unlaced the petals
and highlighted the thorns.
The world stops
and what have you done?
The so called -
brother of the seed
in the soil of my roots
lost between my labyrinth
a picture perfectly vivid,
still in flight
like the lil. bird - twitter.
My heart; unapologetically bitter
it leaves a stranger asking me
why can't you trust?
Well my first love
was my blood and confusion
you should have watched me
add growth rings,
to the many years of rust.
Delusions -
and positively reinforced
episodes of self imposed lust.
They cover up the madness inside
- a fragile mind,
the perfect toy to be fiddled with.
inquisitive and only of 1, 2, 3 and 4
the perfect warm-hole to go diving in.
Jailed for a lifetime and
shackled by my mind,
meet the colors,
of my troubled crust.
A lack of identity -
I paid,
for the expression of your curiosity.
You see,
he gracefully moved on.
Craziness to weariness
unforgiving forgiveness,
rejection to depression
from liquor to stupor,
trial of suppression
and living in oblivion.
Wrap 'em all up
and Crunch!
Here I am,
dressed in thorns
still standing,
within my unlaced petals,
- deflowered.
Let he that have ears, listen
and save them
from the likes of himself.

Precious beautiful
Amazing is who you are
Awesome, is what you are.
Sexy is how you act
Appealing, is your art.
Playful are your thoughts
They're generous with no buts.
Brown are your eyes
They satisfy I.
Interesting are your goals
Vivid pleasures lay in your moan.
Curvaceous is your butt
It caresses my thoughts.
Soft is your touch
It warms like dry scotch.
Soothes like a rose
I pour, like a hose.
Some rambunctious attitude
But always exuding gratitude.
It drives me to higher altitudes
I lose all aptitude.
Decently indecent
It's undisputedly tumescent.
My Precious beautiful,
That's all you.

Rain
Friendship; it's a bit like rain
With no reason
Comes and goes in and out of season.
It's beautiful
when the fresh drops first kiss your face
Dissolving the salt of your skin
As it rolls down your cheek
Such tingling of desire
O what peace.
As more drops fall flat on your head
Opening up like daffodils in the sun
You gently feel its frigid cold
Covered up in the lacy pearls of deep blue raciness.
It wraps you up in it's overwhelming caress
touching you in places you never perceived or permitted
While you grapple to sustain your exposed nakedness
It's incomprehensible the sustained wickedness.
Suddenly it stops
you're left alone to seek shelter for your bereaved soul
Drowning in a pool of your own
You can taste the salt
As it crystallises a trophy
For every moment you thought you together owned.
Friendship; it's a bit like rain
Abounds in its season
And scarce with the summer days
When the grueling heat of reality sets in
Slowly every drop evaporates away
The dryness is left to sort its infertility-deserted.
When it pours by the river banks
Slow to merge with what seems to be it's likeness
And then forks out at tributaries
To part ways
As widely spaced as when they first came.
Friendship; it's a bit like rain
it pours truth
it needs no defending
There is no end
To how careless it is with itself.
And so it floods
then leaves crystal clear
The damage it's made.
Truth is, we're only loyal
until the next better offer
And just like rain we drift away,
heal beneath the sun
and come back
Only when the clouds are right.
Friendship; it's a bit like rain.

feeling good
Feeling good is when your words caress my ears
Feeling good is when my lips kiss your tears.
Feeling good is how your mind hears my cry
Feeling good like when we combine, flavourful; you and I.
Feeling good is every time we think alike
Feeling good is how I like what you like.
Feeling good is when I close my eyes and dream it's you
Feeling good is when I wake and breathe by you.
Feeling good is in how you pray for us
Feeling good is knowing we care about us.

You are so "Phy-ne"
You are so phy-ne,
it's beyond completion
more in the realm of perfection.
Your beauty; mind, body and soul-
has a predilection,
towards the attraction-Of,
things of a positive nature
I like how you are cultured;
like your walk, talk and actions.
Your life's direction,
a sophisticated culture.
Desire for the finest
yet unselfish and simplistic.
Through your eyes,
my thoughts are in perfect realism,
a kaleidoscope framed in euphoria,
great hedonia,
I'm dissociated from the realistic,
lost in a world gated by your lipstick.
Im a biscuit
or better still a dipstick,
dying to be dipped in the-
endless flavours of your innumerable colours,
wild cherry odours
watch me race though those doors,
leave them ajar
we drive free and far
Just you and I.
'Cos I like who we are
sunk in love with the thoughts-
of what we can become;
like an item; better, best and beyond it-
Imagine what we'd create
laying within a four poster
Lawd such fine fruits from such beautiful roots-you,
Precisely.
Looks are a complimentary shade,
I like that you care about it
But are not all about it
Love that you walk tall with shoulders high
Not a single sigh
Not an element of pride.
Yeah, I'm Missing that smile
That fuels my daily miles
it's beyond completion
more in the realm of perfection.

Nostalgia
Tasting the sweetness of your words resound
I forget myself in your world
But you already disappeared
And left a dying diabetic
In my mind, I look in your eyes
Blinded by the pain of unanswered whys’
How bitter the sting
To know to hear the song you sing
You gave my very own
To be left with none
After several voices that warned
Of course the voices were ill formed
Since it was norm we only listened
When our voices echoed in cacophony.
Okay let’s watch from outside and critique
I can certainly see how planning with me;
Was cold, long and bleak
But would you admit;
Our foundations were weak.
Oh the smiles on our faces
when I see it's pretty orange face tick
We lost sight of what mattered
And sunk into a show of individuality
A party of idiosyncrasies
What happened to the sum that equalled us?
I’ll tell the truth and admit
I feel as though an island sat alone
And before driving me loony
Projected from my thoughts
The memories of the beauty in seeing you smile
It’s rejected by my mind
Deprived of its vitality;
That-which came from you,
I realised, it isn’t missed
By the skin; it chose to scorch.
While I wonder if you know
Though it appears so you chose
One thing I had failed to realise
I guess my biggest regret
Is seemingly how the ugly
Is beauty at its simplest.
Beetroot red
Sorry for all the wrong that was said
While I keep memories of us alive
I wouldn’t be lying
Keeping missing you suppressed.
"...things end, memories barely ever...
And sometimes you miss the memories more..."
I forget myself in your world
But you already disappeared
And left a dying diabetic
