Dead Love

Inspired by the picture above taken and titled by a wonderful friend and sister; Woomie, is the poem below. She's a free-lance photographer (for now) and a owns a blog: Woomie, visit and feed your soul with beauty through her lens and let your heart listen to the words they speak...enjoy

It,

smells so beautiful

be careful.
It,
blossomed one spring morning,
falling,
like petals in autumns evening.
My heart,
deeply in mourning.
It,
brightened your smile,
Now it's dull!
like a trees bark
in the empty winter night
boring,
like the lone dogs bark.
It,
still smells so beautiful
the pretty summer odorant
Lingers,
In my stone cold thoughts,
as the memory
of a once beautiful thing,
warmed my soul.
It,
then eludes me,
as I’m reminded
by the sorry wilt it had become.
It,
drank of my tears
nurtured,
by the labour of my hands.
Grew,
before my sight
and with my hands buried it.
It died,
and you killed it,
the very moment
you lied about it.
Yet,
beautiful still,
is the smell of; it
grow
shalll another
the orchid is full with;
it.

Milk and Honey; It's not failing

Your sight un-paused me
you fulfill my clause
i like to feel your claws
bet you know it hurts,
d'you feel the heat?
I like the way it burns.
You deceive me
to reveal me
then you hide me,
fulfill me,
I'm feeling how,
you let me fill you.

your lips, and eyes
your neck and ears,
forever dry my tears.
Oh, like when you kiss me
(it lifts me)
and touch me
emotions in my heart,
down there running uphill.

The stories in your touch,
hotter than a blow torch
got me drifting high and high
baby just relax,
while I take you to the sky.

ugh, un-hold me,
control me,
let you depose me,
sweet how you don't oppose me.
Yes harass me
and caress me
renounce him,
I'll let you own me.
your lies suppress me,
oppress me,
and depress me.
You smile at me
baby, it's wooing me.

Your neck tastes so innocent
it's got me tumescent.
We're not perfect
but we love so perfect
forget the side effects
every night i reflect,
i lied,
when i said this wasn't right,
crave me and save me.

Uphold me,
and hold me
I'll support you,
forgive me,
and comfort me.
I'll forget your sins
because you're special,
essential,
it's so crucial
that it; incites me,
excites me and
ignites me,
arouses me
got me on my knees,
dying to love you
forever,
ever and ever
till we're aged
and spent like money,
won't you warm me,
and hug me,
kiss me,
my bunny,
so lovely,
milk,
and my honey,
yes, we're ailing
but, we're not failing.

To Ms. A Friend

What's the value of our friendship
when you now seem to be missing in action?
Unresponsive to what i say-
but u seem to know d right things to say,
u inspire me to be and do better
but you're hiding at a distance.
You never say hey
only sometimes after i say it.
Ur words in our sole time,
caress my feelings
and when i wake in the morning
-to let you know, you're mute as a fish,
why sometimes u choose so, I'll never know.
Was being friends, an excuse
for this being a thing of our sexual recovery?
Though I can't deny loving your voice so pianissimo
berried with your spunk, pep and style
it was an outrage of a pure feeling of pleasure
from the soulful mojo of your moans
to the hedonism of delirium at my climax
like the cool rush of sea blue breeze
in the brown autumn night.
But seriously, how art thou?
I miss the days of frank conversations
days when I'd think of you; friend
and my nights gleamed with the moon
how u spelt the name you called me
and I'd burst out my cocoon
and then make u laugh
ur laughter; the thunder in my rainy sky
as u made my day smile in sync with the sun.
The eagerness in your voice
when you called from work to say hey,
okay maybe not everyday
but i like how you took the tears of my past
and molded it into a beautiful present
and how in the present
you speak encouraging words into my future.
We're friends and there for each other
so in hope, i suppose that we still are close
but will it hurt, if in reality we relived those days?

Narrative 1

The simplest thing to lose-
time
the hardest thing to do-
change,
neither of which I'm ready to spare.
Should I walk around in fear?
as you keep talking about me,
in words that pierce like a spear
with lies bless every willing ear
get a grip, it's been over 2 years.
I reminisce on days love was meek
we kiss and you'd be my freak,
the rain clouds are gone
now it's clear your brain needs a tweak.
There ain't no future in the past
any chance of repair long passed
I'm over the love spells you cast.
Bob said; "no woman no cry"
sometimes i think he lied
then my thoughts you begin to fry
like when I sent my star to say hi
and then you walk out my sky
and slip back into my arm with your look of lies
we share a kiss over lime, chicken and fries.
I called your name by the riverside
it echoed back on the waves tide
with a message that you moved on
the ears you fed lies
on your behalf of me now request,
that with you i begin new ties
sorry it won't happen even after I die
a simple reason why;
man returns not to his vomit
and to me you're just one big chunk of it.
